  Went here to have help filling out and faxing a paper to DCF for income verification, lady who helped me made 4-5 mistakes on my form and wasn't very friendly or helpful. She did not let me look it over before faxing it to DCF for me. I found the mistakes on the form once I got home and was able to look it over. Ended up having to call and get the issue sorted out. Will not return there for any help. Would much rather go to the access office in Inverness where people are more friendly and helpful!
